My toilet flush/cistern was bothering me, so I called him. By the time of launch, a replacement part had been obtained, and the task was complete. He was quite competent and did an excellent job at a fair cost. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I'll make sure to contact him first.

Even though they were a few minutes late due to the rusted-shut laundry taps in our new house, they arrived promptly, replaced the taps, and located a sewerage leak. They went above and above to help us, and we couldn't be happier with their work!

Our apartment has a newly repaired isolation valve. He had to switch off the water supply simultaneously, which made planning a little difficult. We had a great booking agent. We had no issues at all, and our plumber was excellent - kind, calm, and efficient. Many works have been completed and they have proven to be dependable and well worth the additional cost.
