I paid for an exclusion of our grill area since we've had considerable mice problems therein. Some of the work was excellent. However, a major SNAFU for us is the wire used to black the rear of the grill. That piece has to be removed every time the grill cover is opened which is every single day! It is simply not practical. I would be better to have a fabrication for the back which remained in place whether the cover is opened or closed. I do not consider the job worth the $250 paid as it is now. Bill Ohl

Able to send someone out right away to deal with wasp's nest! However, after two weeks found out the initial problem spot was never treated. Twice TN has been out and still missed the initially reported wasp's nest. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

The person who came to our home was funny and engaging, but very knowledgeable about the business and what he was going to be doing in our home, as well as outside. He proceeded with his job and we were quite comfortable with him moving about. He did as he said he would do and was very thorough. He explained all he did to my husband.
