        I made a appt. to have my house inspected for termites it was cancelled, the next appt. they made the person was running ahead of schedule called my phone which I don't answer when I'm in a clients house I was a few minutes late I called him and he was very rude said I called you didn't answer and I'm ahead of schedule he had called his next appt. and left, I was literally at the stop sign looking at him, I called the main office and got no apology for his rude comments or the fact that I had a second appt. with them and was only 4 minutes late and he just left.
