Our property backs up to state land here in Vail. Snakes, spiders, pack rats and other uninvited guests make it into and around our yard. While most are simply part of desert living, others can cause great havoc and in some cases, injury. When we first contacted Ignacio, it was for Termite Control traps around the house and then soon after that was for Wasps that had found a hole in our stucco. His professionalism and thoroughness in correcting those problems made him a logical choice for continued Pest Control service. No job was too small or too large. found a nasty bark scorpion in our home and Ignacio got out to us same day to spray or home both in and out as well as advise us on some solutions to better prevent buggies from getting in. great customer service and very informative we are so happy to have found this business and look forward to continue using them for all pest needs in the future.

I first called Perez Pest Solutions when I had bees living in the wall of my garage. Ignacio came out that same evening and helped me right away. He’s great at explaining what he is doing and why, and he takes time to answer all of my questions. I decided to sign up for regular service and it has been amazing to not have flies in my house! Ignacio also helped when I had termites in my house. I can send him a picture of an unknown bug and he’ll reply quickly and come out to my house to deal with it as soon as he can, often the same day. I have been extremely happy with Perez Pest Solutions and I recommend this company to people all the time. Thanks for keeping my house bug free!
