Thank you for sharing your experience with us, as I spoke with our staff I would like to address your concerns, Our base price for a simple 15 x 30 Canopy is $475.00 when installed with stakes and no accessories or additional services, however, you asked for additional sidewalls, water barrels to anchor the tent and to be filled on site (Which takes paid time) plus barrels covers for an upper scale look, needless to say that bump up your quotation, not to mention that you are far from our location which incurred an additional delivery fee. We are a for profit business and if we are not making money we can not stay in business or pay far wages to our employees, also you asked for a discount that we do not offer as it wouldn't be fare to our other clients and will offset profitability. As far as for been rude, you actually talked to 2 of my nicest members which I always get complements on, I instructed my staff to end calls when clients raise their voice and things start to get out of hand in order to avoid further escalations. you were informed that you could check out other pricing with other companies so that you could compare our rates and they asked you to not raised your voice at them, when you continue to raise your voice and only then, they terminated the call. Please understand that they only were providing you with the pricing that you requested from our company. I hope that this explanation helps you understand the reasoning for our pricing which is a calculated formula to be able to stay in business.
