        I recently bought a new car and the service was great for the sale. Now Im trying to get my first oil change with their service for life and cant get an appointment. Their weekends are booked online through the end of the year and Ive been leaving messages for a month with nobody calling me back. I tried to call the sales department and they transferred me, I waited on hold for over 10 minutes and still got a voicemail. They say service is their highest priority but so far their service has been awful.
