Jeanne is amazing!!! I've been going exclusively to her for my nails since last summer and I've never had a single complaint or concern. She always goes above and beyond with her art and is one of the most creative people I've ever met. And the bonus part is, she's actually become one of my closest friends!! I love her!

She's my absolute favorite! Shes very busy so I would keep that in mind. My nails are always a point of conversation.

Didn't even get an appointment because they were booked until mid April, but the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic with me. I asked where she was located and gave me very broad cross streets I then asked where exactly and said "you don't know where 4th Ave is?" like I was some idiot. I wanted to schedule appointments for 3 as we usually get our nails done together and spend a reasonable amount of $$ because we love our nails to look great but I will not be calling back or trying to schedule an appointment. Her work looks amazing but I don't want to spend a dime if the customer service is awful!!! Don't be rude over the phone and expect to have clientele with that attitude!

The Polished Bee is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Jeanne, resident nail goddess and owner, does everything possible to make your visit comfortable, fun, personable, and fabulous. My nails are always little works of art that I can be proud of and show off to everyone I see. (The compliments never end, let me tell you.) She is not only absolutely lovely to talk to, but she takes her time with your nails, making sure you’re just as happy as she is with your finished result. She is also super up-to-date on the latest techniques, products, and designs for all things fingers and toes. (Yes they offer pedicures too!) If you’re looking for a salon in Tucson, this should be your first and only stop. Period.

This place is the best. I look forward to my regular manicures here and absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. The owner is so much fun and she is also a color genius. You want hand painted mermaids riding unicorns through a galaxy of neon clouds on your nails? She’s got you!
