Showed up 1.5 hours late in a Uhaul truck that couldn’t fit all of my stuff, even though I told them moving from a 3 story to 2 story. Took 6 hours despite the fact that we had no appliances and I personally disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture and had a large majority of all of my stuff in the garage. Took a 1 hour lunch and only took 30 minutes off. They broke an item and hit the walls in the original house. It took them twice as long as other movers in the past with the same amount of stuff despite almost all of the stuff in the garage and all of it disassembled. When confronted about the issues, they said, “well we stopped the clock early at 4:30.” They were gone by 4:45, meaning that was a 15 minute correction. On a positive note, I called almost every moving company in Tucson before them and they were the only ones to answer the phone on a regular business day. I left voicemails for the other ones and they never called me back. And the workers were overall friendly.

We just hired these guys for a move. Our biggest piece was a small wooden swing set that we previously took the swing set, monkey bars and slide off, but kept the tower portion intact. It's a very light swing set and we knew with our help and the two guys they sent out that it's be easy, and it was. Others were telling us to completely deconstruct it which is something we didn't want to do. They sent out Manny and Steven and they didn't hesitate once. We were able to slide it into the truck with a few boxes and a mattress and frame that we needed moved as well. After this, we've decided there is no one else with better movers, and prices to go anywhere else. Excellent customer service, great professional movers. Were extremely happy with our move!

I contacted Nicolosi Moving & Storage to move a very heavy item for me. We're talking 1025 lbs. folks. The phone conversation was cordial and very professional. When I explained what I needed, I was told that the job would be no problem and I was given an immediate price for the job. The price was VERY competitive too! I was asked when I wanted the work done so I asked about availability. I was told that it could be done the next day 10 am if that worked for me. I said GREAT! I was really surprised to have such a quick response. The workers, Sam & Jerry, arrived on time and took care of the job like they have been doing it for years. Both were very professional and treated me with dignity and respect. I was so relieved to have such care displayed while handling the heavy item. Look no further for your moving needs. Nocolosi is top drawer in my opinion! I will be going to them any time I have a moving need. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Jeff and crew came to move my Jacuzzi this morning and they were AWESOME! They work extremely well as a team. Very impressive. I highly recommend Nicolosi for any move as I will definitely be using them again if needed. They made their part of our move carefree. Nice to see a female on the crew too.
