Indian Motorcycle' Tucson

Purchased my Victory Vegas 8 Ball from Ridenow and a couple weeks later I had a choppy check engine light that was not diagnosed at Ridenow due to lack for technology. The Service manager Jason of Ridenow recommended I speak with Ryan at our local Indian store. A few days later my bike was shutting off between 5th and 6th gear or any time I hit a large bump (no check engine light). Took the bike Indian and sure enough no issue present while they were inspecting it other than a possible bad battery. Due to the random drop in and a full schedule they advised they were unable to assist that day with replacement of the battery and I was planning on going to the next option (still had to figure out where and who that was). Walked to my Bike to leave and sure enough it was replicating the issues before I arrived and now wouldnt start at all. Ryan made time in the schedule to have me out on my bike within 30 minutes and also corrected an error on the Bill (without me knowing there was one to begin with). I greatly appreciate the transparency, comment to excellent customer service and overall genuinely good guys at the Tucson Oracle Indian Store."

"As an owner of a 2018 Chieftain Elite I returned to my purchasing dealer in Phoenix to buy my wife a new Scout as her first motorcycle. That experience drove me away from that dealership but I was lucky enough to run across Myles and all of the very helpful team at Indian of Tuscon. Friendly, helpful staff and a good assortment of new and used motorcycles. I bought a barely used Chieftain Dark Horse for a great price while bringing my Scout Bobber in for service. The Scout is now my "camping bike".
