Alma Murphy MD: Eye Physician & Surgeon

I was appalled with Dr. Murphy's attitude toward me today. I had my 2nd laser procedure. Based on the 1st procedure I asked for extra numbing drops as the 1st procedure was very painful. I had trouble tolerating the floating lense. She lost all patience and wanted to cancel the procedure. Granted She was late and probably in a hurry but I had traveled a good distance and waited for over an hour and 1/2. I usually require additional pain medication. For example, I woke up during my cataract surgery and a colonoscopy. By the time I got done today I was crying. Needless to say I will not be going back after being totally embarrassed. 3 hours later I am still depressed by the whole experience.

Dr Alma Murphy has been taking care of my vision for almost 20 years. Her most recent treatment was for cataracts in both eyes. I don't remember ever having vision this clear and such vivid colors. She is the best and her right hand Bernadette is excellent having learned from the best. She has an awesome staff as well.

I had cataract surgery both eyes with excellent outcomes. Dr. Murphy is professional, honest and very skilled.

Dr. Murphy is an excellent physician. Bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired but she is competent although very very impatient.
