United Community Health Center Three Pts

My daughter was refused a Covid test today for herself and 2 kids but was refused due to 1 missed appointment in 2020. This is the kind of unethical activity going on here. She is essential and needs to continue to work to support her kids. This is beyond ridiculous. Avoid this place they are extremely rude on top of everything!

Good dr's, just wished they would keep em longer. Always changing them on us.

Their call in phone system is horrible it doesn't. Give you a option to speak to front desk. I was finally able to speak with some one selecting the option that a was a medical provider and they transfer me to my doctor assistant which it was a voicemail only I still have not heard from them. Not even after I left a very detailed voice message. It was one of my biggest mistake to switch doctors. I'm trying to switch again. They left me a message after my review to call the patients advocated number which I did and seme thing nobody answer the phone. It send me to an other voice mail Same thing I left a message. And till this point nobody call me back. Try it for you self befor trying to make an appointment with them or switch doctor So you don't end up like me And check their good reviews their from a year or more old so do not go by those good reviews.
