For the past 2 years Maverick Medical Billing has provided me with superior service. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have been responsive to my needs and have been able to collect insurance and patient payments in a timely manner. I have had billing companies in the past and Maverick is by far the best.

Maverick Medical Billing Services has been an unprofessional and dishonest company throughout my dealings with them. My biller, Jamie Carpenter, always did the bare minimum she could to keep me on as a client, and frequently ignored me if I asked for anything more complex than her using my automated billing system to submit claims. On multiple occasions, I had to threaten to withdraw my business to get her to address denied or complicated claims. She was not proactive or responsive and was frequently rude when I asked for the status of outstanding claims. Then when I did give notice, after growing tired of paying honestly exorbitant rates for the subpar service she was providing, she stopped responding to me entirely for the last month of service. When I expressed my concerns over her lack of responsiveness and her refusal to do any work to wrap things up, she admitted to outright ignoring my requests, but stated that doing any work beyond claim submission was not in her contract. She then insisted I pay her immediately or she would pursue legal action. I highly regret ever engaging her business.
