Very very responsive company. I was contacted right away and throughout my trip with assurances of pickup times, price, and exactly where I would be met and by whom. Friendly and courteous staff as well as a very clean car make this ride a pleasure. Will definitely hire these guys again on my next visit to Tucson!

In the age of Uber, I’m so glad we still have Goldstar. When you can’t find a Lyft, Goldstar will be there. Thanks very much to being very flexible and helping us with our transport needs.

Goldstar Town Car Services is the best. We hired them to help with private transportation for wedding guests. Chris was so helpful, made scheduling easy and was incredibly communicative. We had a gazillion changes (changing ride numbers, pick up times, etc. etc.) and they were so accommodating! Cannot recommend enough.

We have used Chris’s town car service twice now to bring my daughter to and from her college campus to the airport in Tucson. Chris was attentive to every detail, timely, accommodating and even let me know when he had delivered her safely to her destination. It gave me such piece of mind to know that she was in good hands for this part of her travels. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would absolutely recommend his service.

My husband flew in at 12:30 a.m. and Chris waiting at bottom of escalator with sign with my husbands name on it. Chris was so professional and very nice. Dressed like a true professional. Customer service from start to finish was awesome. This was his first experience using them and we won’t ever use anyone else. Nice, clean town car. Very reasonable especially for such a late hour pick up.
