We were traveling and damaged a belt on our 2001 300. Called late Friday and they gave us early appointment on Monday. Had it fixed within 1 1/2 hrs including washed and vacuumed plus a loaner car. Personnel was friendly, courteous and most helpful. Thanks Speedway!!

By far the worst experience Ive had at a dealership, only received 1 star because zero is not an option. We bought our car from here and have been taking it in for service every time its needed. This last time I went in Abriel was my service attendant, I had an appointment at 8, I arrived on time and waited for them to help me. Finally a young kid with a long braid hanging from the front of his head with no enthusiasm to be at work offered me assistance after he looked at me several times. At around 8:20 she finally found me in the waiting area with paperwork. After my service was done I didnt see her again, when I went to check out I noticed my total was higher than normal and when I asked the cashier lady she stated the price of everything has gone up. When I returned to my house and explained to my husband the situation he proceeded to look over the previous invoices and noticed they over charged us, I tried calling dealership and nobody answered so I left a message. Later on we noticed that the rubber strip from the hood of our vehicle was missing, assuming it came off during the wash. I tried for a WHOLE week trying to get ahold of Abriel (left numerous messages) the receptionist even told me she personally gave her the message and l never received a return call. I even asked to have a manager call me back and that did not happen either. Its absolutely ridiculous the service they have, I can only imagine how many other people they have ripped off in the past that havent questioned or noticed the invoice. I will never return there and will not recommend anybody to them. Do better Lexus!

Great experience and service at Lexus of Tucson on Speedway. I took my Lexus here to get a recall taken care of and the employees were very helpful over the phone and in person, explaining what needed to be done and they accomplished the replacement in a timely manner. There's a lovely coffee lounge to wait in as well. Highly recommend this Lexus dealership location.
