James McGuire's Jewelers

I recently had an experience working with James McGuire's Jewelers and it was exceptional. They provide excellent '"Old School" customer service. Unfortunately that is almost a lost art these days. I highly recommend, this long established local small business.

They seemed awesome at first, but I quickly realized I can't trust anything they say. They said they would solder my rings together, but they just lasered it (which they told me later is temporary.) The rings came apart 6mo later and they charged me to do it again. I would not have paid for the first time if I had known. They also took forever and they said their guy was sick but when I got fed up and went in to cancel the request and get my ring back, suddenly they said "oh it's done!" with a date from two weeks ago... None of their stories add up. This is only the start of my problems with them.

Professional, friendly, family owned, and on top of it all the best price I found in town.

This is a nice small business, they would help you until you find something you like or until you're done.
