La Maids Cleaning Services

After working for this Company for a week I learned that it is a terrible company !! They really do a half assed cleaning job they really clean with ONLY Lysol & predge spray & dish soap all threw out all the houses. They don't use any other type of cleaning supplies like Pine-Sol , Clorox for bathrooms, or Windex , No real dusting gets done , They claim to do baseboards but they really don't . Girls will get hired right away & The company gives no type of cleaning training at all !!!! This company will definitely rip you off .

DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE- TOTALLY SUBSTANDARD I saw their business in an ad in a church bulletin. I was giving our rental house a final cleaning and thought I would hire La Maids. HUGE MISTAKE. I wanted them to clean the window sills in the house that were really dirty and to make sure the bathrooms were totally clean. I negotiated a price of $75 for them to do this, The guy they had came out did not do the job. He called after about an hour and said it was all done. I came out and inspected his work. The bathroom was cleaner but the window rails had not been touched I asked the La Maids employee why he did not clean the rails. He said he did but he had been told to clean for ONLY AN HOUR. It took ME 3 EXTRA HOURS TO DO WHAT I HAD EXPECTED LA MAIDS TO DO If you want to waste your money, hire these guys

WORST Cleaning job EVER!!!.....and they STEAL!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I paid for a deep clean and they only half-ass cleaned 2 rooms. On top of that, they stole $$$ from me! THEY STEAL!!!! The maids won't dust anything they can't reach (tops of shelves, hanging pictures, ceiling fans, etc.), they won't move anything to sweep, vacuum, or mop (including trashcans, standing lamps/fans, dog bowls, rugs, chairs), they don't clean door frames, window seals, or baseboards and worst of all…..They STEAL!!! TERRIBLE Company!!! When I finally got ahold of the owner, Kelly, he said I couldn't prove that they stole from me. JERK! With regard to the terrible cleaning job, He said that they don't move furniture to clean. Which apparently includes cleaning under couches, moving trashcans, lamps, chairs, etc. He also blamed me and said that it was my fault that they didn't deep clean, because I told them "my house wasn't that dirty", which is a lie. Then he said that the house was too dirty for them to clean in 6 hours, yet they were only there for 2.5 hours. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!! When I told the owner I had pictures of what the maids didn't clean, he threatened me by saying that he had pictures of my dirty house! INVASION OF PRIVACY!!! When I asked for a refund because they didn't provide the service I paid for, the owner flat out said no! He said that I'd have to take them to court and I still wouldn't get the money back. Feeling SHITTY because they…..Took my money but didn't clean my house; took pictures of my house without my permission and threatened me; stole from me and told me I couldn't prove it; blamed me for their terrible job. STAY AWAY!!!!

They were supposed to come do an initial clean - this is a direct quote - "The initial clean would be $225.00 for 4 hours with 2 house cleaners.The initial deep clean includes all baseboards, window ceils, cleaning and scouring the bathroom sinks, disinfecting toilets, dusting and polishing all furniture and fixtures, kitchen, kitchen appliance, ceiling fans, all floors etc.. They were here for 4 hours and ONLY did my bathrooms, kitchen and floors. They didn't even enter my bedrooms or do any of the furniture, ceiling fans or baseboards. And I was still charged $225. (they actually tried to get me to pay $250). The 2 girls were friendly, but the one swore a few times (I had kids in the house while they were cleaning - so NOT ok). They were also on their cell phones throughout the 4 hours. Gave a small business a try. Sorry, never again.
