Poor quality install. Especially compared to other installers. Shelves have never stayed on railings. They installed entire kitchen and we were told at time it was lifetime guarantee. They want to charge to fix what was their shoddy workmanship in first place. For the money go elsewhere.

UPDATE (JUNE 2021): Since writing our original review and paying our invoice in full, we've stumbled upon ANOTHER major design flaw that is also a safety concern and hugely energy-inefficient: there is a GIANT HOLE under one of the kitchen cabinets leading directly to the backyard/outside. It explains why our electric bills have been astronomically high, and it also puts our family + 3 children at increased risk for critters (snakes, etc.) coming into the house. Stay far, far away from this company. They're a lawsuit waiting to happen. ORIGINAL REVIEW (MAY 2021): Arizona's Interior Innovations originally came recommended to us by a family friend who has used them to renovate multiple properties over the years. We were initially excited to use them, having also gotten quotes from other companies and feeling like they'd provide the highest quality and least amount of micro-management. Boy, were we wrong. Over the past two months, we've had to jump through hurdle after hurdle in order to get this renovation completed. 1 Communication was absolutely horrible - with some days crews showing up unannounced, and other days absolutely no one showing up despite prior scheduling. It became a full-time job just to manage this project, which defeated the purpose of hiring Interior Innovations in the first place. If we had wanted to manage multiple contractors on our own, we could have done this renovation independently and saved $10K+ in overhead costs from the onset. 2 There were also major discrepancies between what our project plan outlined and the work that was actually performed (e.g., failure to procure specific items that were included on our original invoice, and then blaming us for their oversight). 3 Major design flaws on their part (such as ignoring the specs for the appliances we sent them 2+ months in advance, or ordering the wrong size cabinets) ended up prolonging this project another 6+ weeks while we waited for materials to arrive. 4 Quality control was also a major problem... in that, they didn't perform it at all. It was up to us as the homeowners to come home every evening and take a close look at everything. We found sections of tile ungrouted, holes in cabinets, holes in walls, major gaps between cabinets with unfinished drywall exposed, closet door tracks not correctly installed, industrial staples left in our walls and ceilings, and much more. 5 Once the project was completed, they attempted to bill us several times with an invoice that included work that had not been completed. We had to fight tooth-and-nail to get these expenses removed from our invoice. 6 But perhaps our biggest complaint has been the unprofessional attitude and terrible customer service we received when we voiced our concerns. On multiple occasions, *we* were blamed for their mistakes or were often ignored entirely until we chose to escalate our complaints up to the company owner. After many back-and-forth conversations, the "best discount" they could offer us was $500. This is 1.25% of our total project cost. This is absolutely insulting (to us) and embarrassing (for them). In the end, we could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or start an investigation with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors - but we're utterly exhausted. All we can do is pay our invoice, enjoy our new kitchen, and spread the word that Interior Innovations is a shady company that puts their own interests first and their customers second.
