Highly recommend this American Family agent. Todd & his team do an excellent job of answering your questions & getting you the right products. I've been with American Family before, and have always been impressed with them... they're a good company. Todd's agency always respond to my inquiries within 24 hours, are knowledgeable, and will help you find the right coverage for your insurance needs. Upon purchasing a homeowners' policy, we looked into bundling my auto insurance but the discount for bundling still put my annual premium higher for the same coverages than maintaining policies with two different companies. Todd didn't try to talk me into bundling, just acknowledged that it would be better to keep my auto with the other company for now. I appreciate that he recognizes & respects what's in your best interests, and I'll get another quote in a year... maybe the premium will change by then.
