Liberty’s home owners insurance is the worst. Horrible response times, no call backs in a timely manner, surprise bills. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.

I made an auto accident claim 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a return phone call. I have been calling on a daily basis and wait for more than an hour and still cant get a hold of anyone, I get a recording of :someone will be right with you" but upon being switched to a "live person" I get a recording of a message that gives a sequence of numbers and tben says that they are not avaliable and to leave a message. I have left numerous messages and still no call backs. It's like you are forced to communicate through text or online. I called Roadside assistance to get a live person, which also took quite some time to get a hold of anyone. Finally someone answered and the customer representative tried to help me after I explained my situation. She said she would get me a live person. She tried for about an hour and was unsuccessful so she finally transferred me and I got the same recordings I had been dealing with from before. So very frustrating. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish the withdrawl of my monthly payment was as delayed as their call back service....of course not, they're right on time with that!!

Went from loving the company in 2020 to hating it in 2021. My policy was set to renew and the premium was raised by $40 a month, so i shopped around and found a much better rate, upon cancelling my policy with this company; I'm informed I owe nearly $120 as a partial payment for the month of coverage under my "renewed" policy. Here's the kicker, i never signed any renewal documents, they charged me without providing anything, claiming my account was in arrears. I have had 0 liability or collision claims and was treated as though i was the problem. When calling to cancel the agent tried to make it sound like the company i was going with was inadequate. Terrible company, absolutely avoid! If you use this company, read everything and fully understand they will try to rip you off!
