Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Bev Mellon is! We moved to Tucson and didn't know who to call for our auto insurance and renters insurance policy. After reading the amazing reviews about Bev, we reached out to her, and she was responsive, informative, thorough and a great pleasure to deal with. Then, 10 days before Thanksgiving, our vehicle was rear-ended. I called Bev to let her know that we had been in a car accident and to ask for her advice regarding filing the claim with the at-fault driver's insurance. Bev went above and beyond and helped us through everything! She checked in with us often, and stayed on top of the insurance company, even through the Thanksgiving weekend. When the at-fault driver's insurance ignored our calls, Bev was right there to escalate our claim and make sure we were taken care of. You don't think much about insurance until something goes wrong, and that's when you realize that having a top-rate, professional like Bev is priceless compared to dealing with nameless claims reps in an endless vortex of phone tag and lost voicemail messages. We have a new home and teen drivers in our near future. We will not hesitate to reach out to Bev for all our insurance needs!
