I was a previous customer for 6 months about a year ago. I switched to a different company due to a better quote. I’m having an issue with my car insurance company right now and was trying to switch back to country financial. Amber Lopez was being unprofessional by making me give her all of my personal information even though I am closer to the Broadway location.
They wouldn’t let me pick the person I give my personal information to which is rude and invades my privacy. I have a family member who knows the people at this location and I’m not going to risk having them tell that family member all of my personal information which is none of their business.
