Ive had the pleasure of working with Amanda since I started doing business with Julies State Farm office last summer. Ive recommended this office to family (I never do that kinda stuff) and theyre equally satisfied with the cost and care theyve received. If youre looking for knowledgeable customer service and reasonable costs, this is where you need to go for your home and auto coverage. She is on the ball. Quick to answer the phone and respond to email. I couldnt be more satisfied with my choice of insurance providers.

I do not know where to start. The team Julie has working for her is a blessing. We were with a different agent and the Customer service was not the best. I have spoken and worked with Sam and Amanda and they have been Steller. Personable, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and they have the best personalities. All the above is key when you have a bad experience and or in general with customer service. We have been in good hands with them for all of our State Farm needs at Julie Burnetts office. 15 easy minutes to get my car insured. My agent was Sam. She was outstanding and very helpful. In fact, I'm now saving a bit of money in comparison to my previous Freeway Insurance policy. Statefarm was a good choice for me. Thanks, Sam!

I'm 50 years old and have been dealing with insurance agents and offices for many years. This agency, ran by Julie Barnett, is absolutely amazing. They care more about people than they do money and they were always on top of their game! I would give 10 Stars if I could. Hats off to the Julie Barnett State farm team!
