Man what can I even say about these guys. Friendly. Professional. Knowledgeable. Bought my first bow from them in 2015 and just purchased another in 2018. They provide excellent customer service and will go that extra mile to satisfy their customer base. I live 1,200 miles from TGS and anytime I want to make a compound bow purchase I will go to them and only them. No complaints whatsoever. They even did an initial sight-in on my bows. They have competitive pricing on all their items and I would highly recommended using them and their services.

Drove all the way across town a few days ago too find out no one was there when the sign says they open at 10am waited until 10:45 ended up leaving, needed some fishing stuff for the weekend but ended up giving sportsmans warehouse my money instead. very unprofessional when your google account and store sign say you open at 10 but no one was even there.

Online orders for anything are very very slow. I wanted to continue supporting them but I cant afford to wait months for gear. My local shops didnt have what I wanted so I ordered some replacement gear for my bow from TGS on the 25th of October and its December 2nd now and no sign that my order has made any progress. Bow season ends soon here in MN so I'll keep using my broken quiver and such. I'm not screwed out of hunting just inconvenienced, but I'm not buying new parts locally now. The money was already spent. Very very disappointed. I expected a long wait due to order volume maybe. But I had Firearm and Muzzleloader to keep me busy. Now I'm about done with those and I guess I'll go into the woods as is and hope my order gets to me before next season.
