Kinetico Water Systems

Wade Benham was our water consultant. He came to our home, tested our water and demonstrated how softening our water could make a major difference. The installer was also super and we couldn't be happier with the drinking water and whole house systems we purchased. What a difference Kinetico makes. You won't be disappointed!

Impossible to get ahold of someone. I've left voicemails with their service department and they never call back. I finally did get ahold of one person that actually answered only to be told they'd have someone call me. I got a call from them and when I answered, they just hung up on me. I called the number back and it just goes to the automated system again. My filtration system is in desperate need of service and now I think I'll have to just pay to have a completely new filtration system installed.

Joseph and Kinetico rock! Our newly installed system had some issues. Kinetico responded quickly on a weekend and had us up and running properly within a very short period of time. Great product with great service!

We are SO happy with our Kinetico system! Why? (1) We liked, trusted, and respected Michael Rogers, who sold us the system. He was knowledgable, carefully listened to our questions, and was amazing with his follow-up; (2) I couldn't be happier with the "Water System Tips" he sent usI didn't realize when we said "yes" to this system how much less chemicals/products we'd need for cleaning (including dishwasher and washing machine); (3) The drinking water is DELICIOUS! (4) Our skin isn't as dry as it used to beI hardly dared believe I'd have to use less lotion, but both of us notice that when we get out of the bath or shower our skin feels softer. (5) The whole process, from start-to-finish was easygreat communication, professional and positive employees, and a top-notch product. THANK YOU, MICHAEL! OVERALL: I'd give SIX stars, if that was allowed.
