Blue Cross & Blue Shield of AZ

Tried to contact a representative - was on hold for 47minutes 32 sec. before I hung up. Tried again later - on hold for 20 minutes. Never got to talk to anyone.

Tried contacting them about nine times, no exaggeration, and I never get a response. When they do call back, it's always after hours, so if you miss the call, you can't call back. They also only try and call once per concern which means I typically miss the call because I'm always driving home from work when they do get back to me. My concern has gone unaddressed, and I'm so frustrated with the lack of response and help when I'm quite literally trying to pay them a premium amount.

Since the merger of BCBS with P3 the company is badly failing it's customers. I can't wait to change. P3 is a disaster in the making!

If I could give this insurance company a negative star I would! I have had no choice with company's as they are the only available in Cochise County. Both times that I have had to renew my prescription they consistently cannot find referrals and authorizations, always blaming the doctors. I have tried to file a complaint twice only to be told the complaint goes in a box and I will not get a response as they deal with it "internally". Please stay as far away from this company as possible!!
