This is my favorite gym in town! I actually enjoy working out now. The trainers here pay special attention to specific needs of each person. Any person can do the workout, they just scale it to your needs. I am enjoying the nutritional counseling as well!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Luckily I got a refund. There are contracts despite what they say. No physical or electronic receipt given. If you want to spend a quarter of a grand a month ($125 for 12 classes; you only get 24 if you pay $250; I am glad that I didn't pay $75 for a private session) for fitness, then look elsewhere. Interesting that my review happened to disappear from their page. I'll keep posting it because people deserve the truth. If I could give 0 stars...I would.NO-GO! I added some pictures/receipts of the situation with captions.

One of the most important issues for me in joining was safety; Factotum has made this a priority. Every coach is a wonderful resource to help you workout in a safe manner including how to do each move. The atmosphere is a great component to and is full of encouragement, thinking of others, and even light hearted banter. I came in with an injury, have had no problems, and have been able to modify movements with help from coaches. Picking this BOX to commit to was an easy choice for me because of the owners and staff, the community and atmosphere, the cost, and the accountability. Thank you, Factotum!

Factotum Functional Fitness has one of the most knowledgeable and professional staffs that I have encountered. If you are looking to set some fitness goals and work with a gym that cares about them as much as you do, then give FFF a try. Beyond that the place is clean and well kept with everything you actually need to complete your fitness journey. I would give 10 stars if I could.
