We had this company out to our home for an estimate for bathroom shower remodeling. That was three weeks ago and we have not received the estimate-it is as if we have been ghosted-nothing. My husband called once and was told expect something from their office by mid-week,. I also followed up with a T/C and no response. I do not feel we were difficult to deal with. Patricia

Called the person Steve. His quote starts with “we are a high end company and we are expensive and high-end since we work with multiple hotels”. This comment has nothing to do with the company work itself. But the way Steve talks shows a horrible customer service as well as poor value(cost to quality ratio). Buyers beware. It does look like there are also prior negative comments on this regard.

I was referred by my colleague and contact them for a flooring project. Steve and Jeffrey and their team, did a great job! I highly recommend to family and friends.

I called to get an estimate to redo our shower since we did the demo and decided we are in over our heads and need help. I've never had to collect estimates for a project like this before. The person I spoke with then went on to tell me they are number one, the largest, not budget friendly, they do not like to piece work together (totally respect that), went on to describe the process step by step. He then began to ask me about measurements and the plumbing, and shower pan, etc. Which I did not have the answers to because I figured that ultimately the contractor would come out and do those things themselves. I felt that he was speaking to me in a very condescending tone and wrongly assumed that I don't have the budget to work with them. I ultimately said thank you and hung up. Sir, I indeed have the budget but I will not be disrespected or patronized for no reason.
