Chris and Pam are fantastic! They did a great job at the gym for us. We needed new lights and paint. They also patched all the holes in our wall and drywall repair before painting. We had some plumbing-related issues and they had same day service for us. Absolutely amazing crew

Duck work cleaned and aerosealed. Registers not adjusted but called and they came out the very next morning and adjusted them. Jose B. Was very helpful and responsive to my requests.

We were very happy with Strongbuilt. They were with us every step of the way and were very responsive and easy to work with. We knew we wanted to add a garage to our house, but truly did not know where to start. I called and Pam spent the time walking me through the steps and answered my questions. She even recommended an amazing Architect to pull the drawings together. The bid pulled together was extremely complete and they took the time to survey the area in detail. They found and recommended items that we did not even know to consider and really brought our ideas to life. Their bid was 10% less than the next lowest bidder as well! Even though our project was straight forward (add a garage), it was complicated by the fact that ALL our utilities had to be moved. This was electric, solar, water, gas, irrigation, and cable. Their coordination with the utility companies was incredible. We were never without water or power or gas for more than a few hours even though EVERYTHING had to be moved. Pam is a master communicator and really keeps things moving. Chris is the visionary and walked us through what was going to be done and when and why certain decision had to be made (drainage, code, etc) and never tired of answering our questions. John was the site manager and was very easy to work with and kept the building humming along. The whole project was competed quickly and we could not be happier. All their subcontractors were very friendly and very professional. They kept the area clean and well marked so everyone could remain safe. Our neighbors (even those who are not on our block) raved about the job they did. We really, really recommend Strongbuilt!

Positive: We had a 20 SEER HAVC, Heat pump, a Sun Tracker and a new Hot H2O tank installed and got the PANDA service about a year and a half ago. The humidity wasnt working correctly and they were tweaking it all monsoon season until the monsoons ended. Winter was fine. Then this monsoon season returned, and the humidity still wasnt working correctly. Jeff Wenzel, the new Installation Manager, had a new system installed and did more tweaking with a new thermostat. He corrected the system to remove the excess humidity. The problem was finally solved after many service calls and at no further expense to us. Thank you, Jeff, and Strongbuilt for solving our excessive humidity problem! We recommend Strongbuilt for anyone who wants a high-tech system Service: Plumbing fixture installation
