Beyond disappointed. And before I start, I can not stand liars. The garage door was fixed, awesome. I watched everything right down to the tech and trying to lift the garage manually. Im inside, as hes a strong man on the exterior part. He lost grip, and I then made the comment that WOW that slammed. After all it did seem to be up a running. Over time the weather or oils, random stains start appearing on the exterior door. Understanding, however to accuse me of this is absolutely absurd. I was told I did this, someone fell into it ? BONUS hand prints. Whose hand prints ? Read BELOW The garage door has no handles on the exterior side. I was never on that side of the garage during this home repair visit. Yet alone attempt to lift. Bottom line, things happen. Be professional, and its fixable right ? No, the employee came back and made it worse with the same staining concerns. Im at a loss of words. Pictures say it all. Unfortunately, the wet weather added to all the oils leaking down. But come on be HONEST and fix it. There would never be a handprint of mine, Im not as strong and shorter. Now we have a mess, and apparently those handprints got quickly scrubbed off. I dont appreciate feeling this way, I am appalled. Beyond hurt over something that could have been easily rectified. I should not be taking time with a landlord or myself to justify with pictures WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.

They are a great company. We have used them a few times. They are on time, they answered all our questions and did not make us feel ignorant. Would recommend them to all.

Always use this company and every time they come out they do a fantastic job. I thought I needed a new garage door opener and the technician that they sent told me there's nothing wrong with the garage door opener it just needs a little bit of adjustment. Save me a lot of money and everything's working perfect now highly recommend this company

Do not use this company! Repair man told me one thing then told the landlord something totally different. Now the landlord wont pay for the repair. Due to the lies of this repairman.
