I am so happy I went with this company. Taylor in the office was extremely kind and helpful, she kept me informed with all updates for my install. The install team was on time, professional & friendly. They made sure I had contact information for them and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new garage door!

My garage door spring failed after 22 years of operation. This is an acceptable replacement interval, and I can't find anything that suggests it's abnormal, so I'm confused why the people from this company are so insistent on upgrading to a double-spring setup instead of doing the work that I asked for. I didn't ask for an explanation of the theory behind garage door operation. I asked for a spring replacement, and that was more than this company could handle in the 3 appointments made over the course of 5 days.

Steven and his team were great! He provided all the information I needed to make an i formed decision. They were on time for the installation.
