I had two packages to ship: one to family in Wisconsin and one to a dear friend in London. MaryLee took over and made the magic happen - both packages will be arriving at their respective destinations within 5-6 calendar days. Truth be told, my confidence in the USPS for international packages/shipments is not great so while the cost to ship is significantly higher with UPS, one can't put a price tag on customer confidence that comes with a track record of excellent service and reliability that UPS has built over the years. This particular location is one I will come back to because of fantastic customer service which to me means a lot!

The desk staff have been professional and courteous for all visits. The UPS corporation had problems getting some of my UPS My Choice packages properly delivered here, but not this store's fault.

Custoner service was terrible Chris was grumpy, unhappy, miserable you could tell hated his job. I asked a few question and to have to answer was a issue. He was just rude.
