I joined arby's e-mail club, and they send you a coupon for a free roast beef sandwitch with the purchase of a drink. I took the coupon into this store which is the one I picked when I signed up. Immediately the lady at the counter said i need to show this to the manager. This 16 year old kid of a manager, asked me where I got this and starts asking me all this embarrassing stuff in front of the other customers treating me like I was trying to do something dishonest, then he blurts out we don't accept this coupon. My wife and I were so embarrassed we left, without the coupon. The way this so called manager talked to me, we will never return.Why would the company send me a coupon that was no good?

Meat tasted old and burnt, food was only luke warm. Don't even want to eat there being afraid to get sick.

Had to order food just to be allowed into the bathroom. We ordered a large meal and a medium meal both came with the same amount of frys in them. We informed an employee about the fries and he said he would ask someone but never came back. The place is virtually empty yet many tables are dirty. This Arby's is significantly more expensive than others in town and failing horribly at customer service. Next time I'm going to Carl's Jr
