I was referred to this man by a service. He was the personification of everything you can't stand about lawyers and the system they are a part of. That may not be a bad thing depending on your needs but the man took I would say 5 minutes to laugh me right out of his office not for one second taking my case in any way seriously. Plus added the cherry of " plus I make 300 an hour so you couldn't afford me." ( at least I think thats what he said he was worth but I could be wrong about that.) All that I have said is my opinion. But watch it here friends. To me, this was a lions den and you're dead meat on a hook.

Carl is a very knowledgeable attorney he brings to Bear many years of experience. He explained the entire legal process to me in a way that I could understand

I hired Mr. Macpherson for a family law case. When first meeting with him he had great ideas for a defense, but as the case continued I realized he was all talk and little bite. When the case went to trial Mr. Macpherson gave me crucial documents the morning of the trial even though he had received them days prior, had no opening statement, neglected to cross examine faulty evidence and declined to cross examine me on the witness stand resulting in an judgment that cost me $$$$. I had to fire him and get a new attorney and new trial resulting in a much better outcome. I would NEVER recommend Carl Macpherson for any legal services.
