        This is the second time that Tracy has come to my rescue. Lost power in my home, instead of sending someone out she walked me through what I should do & it was repaired without a house call.Tracy, again I can't thank you enough. Would definitely send anyone to Chamberlain Electric.

      Our calls are monitored/recorded by Thryv. After reviewing the call records for last two weeks we can not locate a call from Pasatiempo HOA. If you reached someone outside of the office, we regret that your impression was unsatisfactory. It is regretful that our free services - provided/scheduled as a courtesy when we are in an area, due to the limited hours in a day can not always meet the expectations for random "quick" “free estimate” and/or the reality that “troubleshooting” a problem is not "free." However, I assure you Chamberlain Electric values every call, and job. …That said, without any other information, upon researching the matter I see that you posted another complaint against another contractor just previous to this complaint for unsatisfactory work & a female office staff you were offend by: She was curt, ask stupid questions, had no customer service skills -personality of a dead fish, which you indicated you were going to contact the ROC re your $276 repair. Did you need troubleshooting or a second opinion on those repairs? Please give us a call, we service numerous HOA’s and would be happy to schedule an appointment. ~ Chamberlain Electric, Inc. ~ Proudly Serving The Tucson Area Since 1949. ~
