Tom Roof Cleaners

Excellent service. I compare with a number of other places. I have few pairs of pants with a special thread to have a nice looking crease. All other places using only press machines make double crease. Nobody could make my pants in right way. Usually, I had to work myself with iron to make as it must be after cleaning. I decided to try Tom Roof Cleaners. Owner of the business worked herself to do ironing in right way. The reception space is neat, and the staff is dressed up.

STAY AWAY!!! Owner takes no responsibility for lost or stolen clothing and actually encourages you to call an attorney to remedy replacement of lost expensive clothing and hangs up on you. Terrible customer service and no solutions offered if they can't find your articles of clothing even with a record in hand. They shouldn't be in business! Go to Shaffer or Garcia cleaners!!!

Stay far away! Horrible experience! I needed a cleaner who could do heavy starch on uniform shirts. When I inquired, they said they could. I took in a large order of mixed laundry/starch and dry cleaning items. The dry cleaned items looked like they had been tumbled with a white angora sweater. They all had tons of white fuzzies and hair on them. The white uniform shirts were not heavy starched and had black fuzz all over them. The clerk couldn't understand why I was upset and wouldn't just take the clothes and lint roller them at home. I said it was their responsibility to fix it. She ended up lint rollering the items then handing them to me. I didn't inquire about price when dropping off, as usually dry cleaners are pretty similar. I was shocked at the $47 bill. This order would have been about half that anywhere else. I complained about the high cost, especially as not one item was done right. She stated that she could not make any adjustments. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was only the owner. Long story short, owner does not have a cell phone and cannot call long distance on the store phones, so could not possibly call me on my out-of-state cell phone to discuss. My only hope of catching the owner was to call back and catch her when she happens to stop by the store, but the clerk could not tell me when that would be. I was livid - talk about a rip off and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I gave up, paid the bill and walked out. Hopefully this will keep someone else from making the same mistake.
