Dropped off a comforter and pointed out specific stains. When I picked it up, it didnt look like they did anything to it at all. Called them and they stated that it was possible that it wasnt pretreated when they ran it through. They took it back free of charge which was nice of them. However, they were still not able to remove the stains and the note that came with it was, "we tried everything". Not the best for dropping off comforters but havent tried their other services. I will say the gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and had great customer service.

I loved the Craycroft and Speedway location, but the one on Broadway seems to be less friendly and helpful. 4 stars because the delivery is awesome.

I’ve been using Shaffer Dry Cleaning and Laundry for a month now and am so pleased with their services. My husband has been very happy with the quality of their dry cleaning and I have been equally happy with their services. If it’s not feasible for you to drop-off, they also offer pickup and delivery at no extra charge which is a win/win for me since we live out in the boonies. It saves me a trip to “town”. They text me the night before they are delivering in case I have anything I want to send for cleaning. Then they also text after they drop-off/pick-up so I know they’ve been to my place. The texts also seem personal and not automated so I’m wondering if a real person is actually taking the time to send the text? If so, nice touch. Texts are a plus because I see it right away as opposed to an email, which I could easily overlook. They also provide a really nice and sturdy laundry bag to use for your items that need to be cleaned. I just feel like, typically, a company that provides such a “personal touch” experience charges for that experience where Shaffer seems to do it just as a normal part of their business model, which I respect and appreciate. Highly recommend.
