        The customer service number is horrible. Its like pulling teeth to get a hold of a human. Its sounds like a kindergarten run establishment. Ive left messages for customer service to no avail. Testing at the center is inconsistent. One guy has you drop your pants/shorts to your thighs and has you hold your shirt above the belly button. Others just hand the tube to you and says to fill it up. I have asked what Im being tested for but cant get any answers. The staff at the testing center are polite but its unfortunate that there is no other customer service at all.

        It's kinda hard to find the place. I found it tho. It's next to A.List personal training. It's entrance is perpendicular to broadway.
