There is no Dr. that compares withe the very best, Dr. Ahearn. Her knowledge is incredible, her sense of deeply knowing and understanding what we each need as patients, medically, psychologically, and emotionally is a gift that she possesses. She spends time with each of us to make sure we leave her office with all of our questions answered. She is kind, patient and is accessible, again, the very best! Rich

I arrived 15 minutes early for my kids appointments. Checked in early. We sat quietly and watched other PT's come in later than us and go back moments later. We waited for an hour past our scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable when you have an appointment for a specific time and they are running an hour late before they even call you back.Front desk is very unprofessional rude. Not helpful or friendly! Disgusted with this place!

I know how hard this kind of job must be, so I'm very polite, but that doesn't excuse poor professionalism they portray. They've messed up my prescriptions multiple times, causing delays in receiving my meds. Each time I've tried to call, send a message through their portal, or show up in person they either ignore me and try to push me away as fast as possible or put in as little effort into problem solving their own mistakes. This has done nothing but delay proper health service, severs trust with their patients, and gives them a bad reputation. I'd be happy to correct this opinion one day if I see they turn themselves around.

Went there when Dr. Beggy was there. The first 2 years were good. Then the nurse practitioner I was assigned to retired and they switched me to another n-p. She told me that I was going to do what she wanted and did not care what I wanted. When I said, no, she cursed me and stormed out of the room. Then the office didn't even care about what she had done, Dr. Beggy included. Worst Doctor appointment ever. Never went back, death would've been better than the treatment I received. If I could, I would have given a negative # of stars, even zero would be too many.

Vanessa Nguyen nurse practitioner. I tried to establish pt care with her. She walked into the room didn't introduce herself,but proceeded to inform me that I was late,I told her no I wasn't. She has no bedside manners .very rude and disrespectful .I left Paloma in tears!
