I visited here last week with Dr. Guerrero to discuss a Thyroidectomy. He is absolutely wonderful!! He is kind and he listens to his patients. The front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful when checking me in, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctor and his front office staff. The only problem I had is with their phlebotomy techs. Not pleasant at all, not friendly and the one that took blood from me was not gentle at all and bruised my hand and was the coordinator of the lab! If I recall you should not be bruising people's hands when taking blood. If I have to come visit again I will ask to have blood taken at an outside lab.

The Center is a major medical institution. The physician who follows my condition is excellent.

I have read some of the negative comments and I am sure they were appropriate for the specific case. Maybe they have been acted upon? My experience today with the MOHS surgery was perfect. No waiting to get started and at each stage of the procedure they told me the time it takes (about 20 mins) to get test results and I felt there was no wasted time and I was taken care of in every way. I had a nice wound care kit given to me before I left and the Dr's cell phone number.

Worst billing practices ever. Doctors are great but they bundle all your treatments and do not process predeterminations so things are held up for months but they sure take your money upfront leaving you hanging for months. Seriously considering a different facility for my cancer treatment although I love my doctors.
