99 Cents Only Stores

Went in to buy 8 religious candles, the cashier didn’t feel like it was her job to wrap them so they wouldn’t break on the out. So, I paid and decided to wrap them up myself because as I picked them up they started to bang around. I stepped to another aisle and wrapped them up individually and double bagged them. As I was exiting the cashier yelled across 4 aisles “Thank you for taking all my bags” I then turned around walked up to her and told her “ someone had to do your job. And walked away looking for the manager , which just happened to be by the exit and witnessed the whole situation, I asked are you the manager? She didn’t acknowledge it, she just turned and ignored me. I asked her again “ are you the manager and are you ok with the way the cashier treats the customers” she said “ bye have a good day, 99 cent store at Valencia and midvale must be desperate to hire very unprofessional people. With that kind of professionalism and courtesy I definitely won’t be going back. I will also let everyone I know about the incident. I guess it’s expected from minimum wage help

well I only need to get a couple small items and it was like 6 minutes until they closed and they wouldn't let me in to get too small items and told me that they had to hurry up and get their help out of there so they could go home... the customer really does not matter to them so if you want good customer service don't go there
