Weve been there for 3 hours just for a simple exam. What a waste of time! The doctor let my friend wait on the dental chair for almost an hour while she was chatting with other patients. She came back with several paper documents without any explanations and said we can go. We asked her one single question, she is just so inpatient and directed us to the front desk. The staff and doctor here do not value your time, and act so unprofessionally. Ill not come back.

Fantastic experience! I had to switch dentists when I got on Medicare, and after reading lots of reviews I ended up choosing Miramonte Dental and Dr. Gang Li. I couldn't be happier with this decision. Today I had a same-day crown---I was out in 2 hours and 15 minutes. The crown looks awesome and fills a gap between two teeth that has plagued me for years, and the color match is perfect. I *really* like Dr. Li---she is ultra-skilled, patient, kind, and has a calming smile. (Speaking of smiles---the slightly unusual photos in the waiting room are ... smiles! ... it took me a while to realize this!) The dental assistant Renee is also wonderful---kind, helpful, careful. The office is clean and comfortable, super conveniently located, and there is plenty of easy parking. The office communications are right-on: not too many, not too few, very good systems. They had a charity special the day of my crown, so I got $100 off dental work with a $30 donation---this speaks well to the dental group values, and I really appreciate the discount. Let me back up to my first appointment with them, to let you know how great Jonathan (at the front desk) is. I was having a rough day, and when they had to re-schedule my cleaning due to insufficient time (there had been some sort of emergency---it happens!) I was not as kind and understanding as I should have been. Jonathan totally and completely kept his cool with my less-than-stellar reaction, and remained professional and kind. Since he maintained the high ground, I caught myself and apologized. He immediately flashed me a warm, sincere smile and a nod that said to me "I understand---we all have rough days sometimes". So, we left on good terms instead of everything feeling off. This ability to remain kindly calm is a HUGE skill, especially for a front desk person (and he's great on the telephone, too), and he totally earned my respect that day! Thanks, Miramonte, for taking such good care of me! I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone seeking compassionate and skilled dental care.

I've got fairly sensetive teeth so I get nervous when I get my teeth cleaned. Debra has been extremely gentle. I highly recommend them.
