Dr. Karen Randall at Canyon Dental is highly professional. She and her whole staff are friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I needed a good bit of dental work when I first visited their office. They've been very upfront about the costs, even giving me a written estimate of the work I would need before I asked. And they've always gone out of the way to make me feel comfortable. Finding a good dentist is a daunting task and I'm so glad to have found Dr. Randall and all her staff at Canyon Dental!

The positive thing I can say is the staff is friendly. They were always nice, but arent they supposed to be? I dont like to be negative and thought about writing a review for quite some time as I did not want to be negative. However, visiting this office is the worst dental experience Ive ever had and have a background in the dental field. Terrible crown; its too wide, sits too low and very uncomfortable. Better work should have been done for such an expensive procedure. Should have had a root canal. But I think one wasnt done so I would have to go back, and more money I would have to spend. Got a hematoma in cheek (same side of mouth as crown) after almost a year my face is still swollen. I need to get this situation taken care of because my mouth is uncomfortable and I am too but I do not want to go back and have to spend money to fix the problem. Its not a good situation.Going to reach out to my insurance to see if anything can be done. I sure hope so. Wish I had never went to this office for dental work. Plus they are not open on Friday (thumbs down). I just want to find a dentist not all out for the money, but truly has the patients dental health foremost.
