I ordered a well inspection and water testing from Gary as required by my lender. I was initially very happy with Gary's service and response times. He was thorough in his inspection, answered all questions, and was happy to educate me on wells. Charges were steep, $350 plus $90 for water testing, but I was happy to pay this without complaint.
However, I needed a direct invoice from the water testing facility to which Gary delivered the water samples for a lender credit. I had to repeatedly hassle Gary for this, who, when finally sending me this invoice, questioned my honesty about whether my lender truly needed this. The reason for his attitude and reluctance became clear when it became apparent that Gary added an over 40% hidden surcharge for water testing. Very disappointed with his behavior.
