Fruth Group

Our company contracted with the Fruth Group to lease a multifunction copier for a few years. No major issues during that time, but I must warn anyone dealing with this company to check your contract very carefully, as there are some unusual and unfriendly practices built in. In our case, Fruth handed our lease over to a bank with which we have no relationship, who is demanding that we mail the (enormous) copier to another state in order to close the contract. We thought we were dealing with a local company, but that was not the case. Fruth was indifferent to the situation they created. I would never recommend this company to any business.

This is a fantastic group of individuals to work with! Matt Hanson made our copier transition beyond easy. With a busy office, our biggest concern besides price was how much down time we would have and it was literally about 5 minutes. Matt's communication is fantastic and he has been very easy to work with. Pricing is extremely competitive and the service has been outstanding. We also consulted with several other members of the team concerning our IT needs and found them all to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Matt Hanson and The Fruth Group. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
