I was incredibly excited to find my dress here and could hardly wait for it to arrive for my fittings. The first fitting was PERFECT, the dress fit perfectly. It only needed a bustle added. I went for my 2nd fitting and the alterations department had made my dress almost four sizes TOO SMALL. After a year and a half of going for fittings, having the buttons pop off because it was too small, it ripping down the side, and then having the alterations person actually take a razor blade splitting the seams on either side from armpit to hip; I went in an demanded the "floor sample" dress (as this one is at least too big and can be resized) just to be able to "move forward". I've rescheduled my entire wedding twice and DON'T even want to get married now. I would NOT recommend this store for ANYONE at all. I wish I could have just gotten my money back. Now, I'm stuck with a dress that STILL DOESN'T fit, WAS NOT ORDERED FOR ME, and am out over 2400 dollars. I've cried and cried and cried. The wedding gods are laughing at me and this store is to blame!!!! I'm currently researching lawyers so I can sue them!!! DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!!! Save yourself the trouble!!! I've heard they have done this to other brides time and time and time again as well. I'm NOT an isolated case. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
