If you guys are looking for the tucson location, its now timeless play. It doesnt have their logo or Moto. It took me 20 minutes to find and had to call the Phoenix office to find out where it was. Hope this helps people in the future

TLDR: If you are reading this bc you are a nanny and not sure if they are worth all this extra work, they aren't. I've worked with 4 different agencies in 3 different cities in my time as a nanny and I have never been required to jump through as many hoops as this one required. I submitted to a background check, driving record, allowed them to contact my previous families, on top of that I'm expected to hunt down my high school and college transcripts, I also had to fill out an "assessment" that asked me things like how do I properly change a diaper? My resume clearly shows more than a decade of experience with infants, along with references. I was treated like I had to prove I wasn't a lying criminal throughout this process. Agencies, of course, do background checks but I've never had to provide college transcripts or pay for my own pee test because, yeah, this agency also demands that you pay for your own drug testing and they will only reimburse you after you take a position through them and stay for at least 3 months. Not even the crappiest retail store would demand you pay for the drug test the require of you. However, I assumed it would be worth it bc the parents would be better, overall.... After going through all that, I did a trial day for a woman who was very misleading about the hours and the nature of the job. I was told it would be just an infant but it turned out there would also be a toddler with me more than half the time, which this mother told me to 'just ignore', I was told the wrong hours, too, which she clearly did deliberately bc she said it would be 9 hour days but really the potential was for a solid week of 12 hours days. I was extremely forthright with this agency and I expected that in return but instead I felt I was being tricked into taking a position that was too much for me and EXPRESSLY not what I was looking for. And ok, I get that some people lie but then I looked at their job board and they have some jobs listed as only $12/hr! After all of that work to even be considered?? I was done with them, then. I did email the company about my concerns, they responded by denying they have jobs listed that low (easy to disprove, just look at how many other negative reviews mention it) but, last I checked, it appears they may have fixed that issue? Hopefully they have. They then made a bunch of odd claims of about how nannies are taxed as some kind of excuse for paying their on call nannies so little, and dismissed the rest of my concerns as the family's fault, which basically confirmed I made the right choice cutting ties with them. They are not interested in what's best for their nannies, however, their families do seem to.post high ratings which goes to show which end they actually care about. I've been with agencies who do care about their nannies, I know the difference. Shortly after all that I found a nice family on care.com who pay me a great rate and treat me like family. If you are reading this bc you are a nanny and not sure if they are worth all this extra work, they aren't. There are lovely people on care.com and they won't treat you like a lying criminal just bc you responded to their ad.

We are longtime clients of Trusting Connections. We have had nothing but amazing nannies to work with. When we couldn't initially get our young son into daycare but husband and I had to return to work they arranged to have a few weeks of more consistent nannies. Once daycare was available we were able to use them for date nights and to get some time as a couple together. Highly recommend their service. It's competitively priced and they have the easiest payment options. We have since moved away and have been missing Trusting Connections. We haven't found the same ease or level of service anywhere else yet.

Trusting Connections has been an invaluable resource for our family. We used them when our children were younger to find a nanny who we loved and used for both children. Now with older children, we use them for their sitter services as well as for sick child care. They have been able to fulfill requests for care every time needed, even with as little as a few hours notice. The sitters have always been professional, on time, and a joy to have. They have listened to all instructions and taken great care of our children. It can be so hard to find a reliable sitter who you know is background checked and trained, Trusting Connections takes away all of that stress. THANK YOU!

Very convenient to call one place instead of juggling communication with multiple babysitters. The nannies are consistently very good and often go above and beyond, like doing dishes and tidying up!
