James is one of the most professional people I have dealt with. He's punctual, his communication is on point, he's informative and efficient. He strives for customer satisfaction, is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. His work has lifetime warranty so he stands behind his product and work. He also gave me a very competitive quote, even against people who don't have an actual company. I wish all business owners had his work ethic and customer service skills. I like his service so much I've already began referring people and he got done less than an hour ago.

When we first moved into our house the carpet was already pulling up. Our old roommates dog thought it would be fun to craw and chew the carpet and pad. I was ready to rip up the whole carpet, then I found AZ carpet repair. They made it super easy to just text them pictures of the damage and what happened. They responded quickly and were super friendly. They fixed my carpet and did an amazing job!! I couldn't be happier with the outcome! After stretching the carpet part of it started to pull up on the other side (the person who installed it didn't do a good job) they came back and fixed it like it never happened. I really couldn't be happier! They deserve every star. Happy to say "I know a carpet guy." I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!!
