Had a very complicated situation at my elderly mother's home, and I live 2000 miles away. Andrew was responsive and reassuring. A little scheduling glitch at first, but he made good on it. Neighbor checked in on the work and said everything was clean and smelled good; pricing was very reasonable. Work had to be done with no one on the premises, and some furniture and belongings were not put back in place, but they were having to work around a mess to begin with. I'm very grateful for the service they provided under difficult circumstances.

Bill showed up on time. Gave an informative estimate and even recommended not wasting money where I could easily have done so. The work was done well and thoroughly. I had a question after we came home, and the office returned my call quickly and gave me the needed information politely and told be to please call back the next day if II had more concerns, which I did not. I just have to add one last bit, the rugs involved were really badly soiled and the results were far better than my wife and I expected. Highly recommend.

We had a couch that was less than a year old and my sons cat decided to pee on it. We called Chem Dry of Tucson and Andrew came out, cleaned the couch, and the smell was gone! Andrew was friendly, professional and did an AMAZING job on the couch!! We will be using Chem Dry to do all of our carpets in the near future. Service: Upholstery cleaning

I've tried all the leading carpet cleaning companies in Tucson over the years with mediocre results. Chem-Dry of Tucson just cleaned my carpets for the first time. Their process is so far superior to any other. The heavy-duty equipment they use is the secret to getting the carpets clean. And the carpets did dry faster! Very reasonably priced as well.
