        Be very leary about selling a business with this company.  They had a $2M+ business for sale in Sierra Vista and would never return calls or inquiries about it.  This went on for over a month.  Ended up having to call the business directly only to find out the business had sold the day before.  I even sent several emails.  It is quite possible that the business would have sold for even more money or that they would have at least gotten another offer if the broker, Beau Barger, would have just returned calls.  Very poor way of doing business.
