Regency Beauty Institute - East Tucson

Great place if you need a simple cut or even color, everyone is very helpful and friendly. I went in with four to five inches of regrowth, my natural hair color is a cool dirty blonde, my ends were bleach blonde and had become fairly yellow. I set an appointment for 1:30PM and asked for a simple ash blonde. The entire time the student was doing my hair the teachers would come over to check and kept telling me how beautiful my hair was going to be and it looked great. I left at 5:00 with strawberry blonde roots and grayish purple ends. Nothing like what I wanted. Went home and cried because I had wasted almost $40 and 3 and a half hours of my time for the worst hair experience ever. They said if you don't like it to call within two days and they will touch it up, but honestly I don't trust them to fix it.

I'm upset. I've been getting my h as ir done st Regency for years. The last two times I've come, mind you no appointment, they ard too busy to do my hair. Mind you the are supposed to be able to do walk-ins. Today there was some instructor whom could seem to care less it I was seen, this morning or ever. "Oh we're full today" without any attempt to accommodate me. Mind you in the past, there is only one in 5 girls actually working wit a client. The rest are standing around chatting or texting. I may have to find a new place. I really used to like it here.only a half mile from home but it's not worth the agrivation.

Horrible experience. My wife went in today to get a simple trim and blow out. Well after sitting in the chair for almost 2 hours she got up and left. When she complained the instructor said well its a school and they need time of an hour and a half but serious we were there for 2 hours. 2 hours really, she goes to other schools all the time and never close to that amount of time is taken. Then the amount of product that was put into her hair made it greasy and gross looking. She went right back home to wash it and do it herself. We definitely will be going back to empire beauty school. Worst experience ever.

My cousin raved about Regency so I made an appointment. I made the appointment over two weeks ago. When I arrived they couldn't find my appointment. I have very limited time and needed to get my hair and feet done that day. When I gave in and rescheduled my hair for that evening I was approached by their instructor and told that they didn't have any students to do my hair. I left very disappointed. I should have been given first priority on my appointment since they had messed up and lost my appointment. I was not given that treatment. I owned a business for over 10 years and I know what needs to be done to make a customer happy. I will NEVER go back to this place again.
